The Lark Ascending

Well I'm pretty addicted to this song...written by Ralph Vaughan Williams, this piece for violin & orchestra (sometimes violin & piano) is a beautiful piece. The song really embodies its namesake: the twirling & dipping melody, expressing a lark in flight until it just "melts into the horizon".

I'm trying to play this piece by ear now but it's hard because I don't have the notes & I'm not a good player haha...If you're interested in this piece, feel free to contact me, I'd be happy to send it, I gurantee you will not be disappointed. Perfect for peaceful evenings :)
