Wan Xiang Seafood restaurant resides deep in the heart of Bukit Tinggi (unfamiliar territory even to the bf). Recently it enjoyed social media attention due to their unique serving of seafood in bamboo on stilts. Some of the Klang baddy gang suggested dinner here as even they haven't tried this new sensation. We arrived before 7pm and the place was super busy after that.
We ordered lala, prawns, glutinous rice, crabs and herbal chicken. The best dish was the lala (hence no photo because they were consumed so quickly!); while the seafood was fresh, the broth was quite plain. Personally I wouldn't travel so far when there are other better seafood restaurants. Service was quick and staff were friendly. There's ample space for big groups but do come early to avoid disappointment.
